Please arrive at the medical centre at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a new patient registration form and bring the following items with you:
Alma Village Medical Centre does not provide telephone consultations with new patients as we cannot confirm their identity and do not have access to their medical history.
Please be aware that there is a $30 non-attendance fee. Payment of this fee is required prior to your next consultation if you have not cancelled within 2 hours of your appointment time. This is a nominal fee which does not cover the full cost to the practice.
