Please arrive at the medical centre at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a new patient registration form and bring the following items with you:
Alma Village Medical Centre does not provide telephone consultations with new patients as we cannot confirm their identity and do not have access to their medical history.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time. Any changes or cancellations made within 2 hours will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged is dependent on the length of the original booking.
